she has something i need

that's the thing about being sisters...we tend to want what the other one has.

in 1984 i wanted her esprit school clothes. in 1994 she wanted my jeep wrangler. well, and i wanter her VW bug too.

the beauty of being sisters is that we could share.

except for shoes. we have never been the same shoe size. and truth be told, we pretty much want to have OUR OWN stuff. just the same stuff.

however, wouldnt you all agree that i need HER SHOES
for this outfit? i just wish i had them BOTH!

Wow! I love your outfit! That pleated skirt is amazing, and your sense of style is so wonderful. I love the blouse and shrunken cardigan pairing ;)

Aw, that's kind of a sweet post :) I've never had a sister but sometimes I think it would be so much fun! However, I think *both* of your shoes are pretty adorable ;)

oh those shoes are so fabulous!! i'm a sucker for anything with a bow, and this one is so perfectly placed. i LOVE the puffy sleeves of the blouse as well.

and i'm the same way with my sisters- we don't wear the same clothes OR shoes! it's a bummer. ~joelle

is that the bird sweater? I think I have this whole outfit too! Should I post myslef in it or would that be wierd / creepy?
And by the way, I like this outfit with the black shoes. My shoes maybe would have been too much blue?
